I have hardcore ADHD. Things that are easy for other people (booking appointments, changing addresses, filing paperwork, rescheduling meetings, keeping track of events) are hard for me, and things that are hard for other people are easy for me. Many ADHD people have decently successful lives by finding ways to thrive doing the things they happen to be good at, but often their struggles with "normal things" hold them back since the "normal things" are still really important.

With Freya, I finally get the best of both worlds. It's not just about having a PA, I've had those before, good ones too. Something about Freya makes her uniquely incredible at this job - she anticipates needs, shes unbelievably hardworking, shes extraordinarily organized, she's incredibly patient. Her network is massive and diverse.

When I needed a lawyer to figure out UK/Taiwan business tax implications, she had two personal recommendations within an hour. When I needed someone to handle all my motorcycle stuff, she had a friend involved in motorcycle repair and certification that she brought in.

When I wanted a PC built, again, she had a friend to handle it. No task is too small or too big: she last minute booked a nice restaurant for my fiance and I when we had an unexpected free evening; she planned my entire trip across Europe, booking every plane and train ticket, every hotel, then chucked some meetups I might enjoy on my calendar and recommended a few good restaurants she happened to know or hear about along the way.

The amount of stress I no longer have to deal with is so large as to be immeasurably valuable to be rid of it. The change in my life is so noticeable that friends comment on it.

Ensou saved my life. Freya and Ann always get things done beautifully and go the extra mile. I think it’s because they truly care. I especially like that they make calls to vendors or services directly. That’s the kind of hands-on help I prefer, but as an English speaker living in Taipei, communication could sometimes be challenging.
